UPDATE: Since writing this complaint, and 3 subsequent emails to Tenorshare's stiff customer support team they have agreed to refund me 50% of the product charge. I would avoid Tenorshare as a company and there software as it’s was a waste of my time and money. I believe any of the reviews on their website they generated and must have planted there. They are a scam to get access to your computer and secure information. I asked for my money back but no response. Trying software on three different Windows 10 computers with no success then they quit communicating with me. After a month of communication and over 30 emails with no success only software log requests. All they wanted to do is remote support from China which I wouldn’t allow.

Asked several questions over a month of communication and they never answered any of them. Software never worked, support was very poor.

I bought their 4MeKey software to remove iCloud Activation Lock on Apple iPod 7th Generation. Avoid this Company and their software as it’s a scamĪvoid this software as it’s a scam.
